- Golf Ireland member number and name
- Handicap index for competition eligibility
- Gender (used only for mixed competition pairing)
- Age range selected at first login (we do not store date of birth)
- Activity data: competition participation, team selection, match results
- Team chat messages and in-platform communications
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data under GDPR Article 6 — legitimate interest in running club competitions and managing eligibility, and consent for optional features like email notifications.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from the My Data area when signed in, or by emailing dpo@clubgolf.ie.
